This 8day Tanzania safari takes you through the country’s iconic Northern Circuit, combining breathtaking landscapes with unforgettable wildlife encounters where you will begin in Arusha before heading to Lake Manyara National Park, famed for its tree-climbing lions, flamingos, and lush forests you will also visit Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you will descend into the crater for a full-day game drive in a wildlife-rich haven that includes rhinos, hippos, and lions. The adventure in Tanzania ends in Tarangire National Park, renowned for its giant elephant herds and ancient baobab trees, then continue to Zanzibar, often called the “Spice Island,” is a tropical paradise off the coast of Tanzania known for its rich history, vibrant culture, and stunning beaches. Blending African, Arab, Indian, and European influences, the island offers a unique charm reflected in its architecture, cuisine, and traditions. Its capital, Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is famous for winding alleys, bustling markets, and historical landmarks that tell stories of trade and cultural exchange. You will have early morning breakfast, then the drive from Moshi to Lake Manyara National Park takes about 3-4 hours. You will have a have a picnic lunch in Manyara, as you prepare for a late afternoon game drive, which is the best time to view animals in this park when you approach it from the east. The Rift Valley escarpment looms on the horizon forming an impressive backdrop to the lake. In the tall trees of the ground water forest, monkeys leap from branch to branch, and on the escarpment, elephants stand in the shade. Other animals that are frequently seen are zebras, impalas, monkeys, giraffes, buffalos, hippos, and others. You will return to the lodge for overnight stay.

You will start your day with chilled breakfast, then drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive inside the crater. This is the best place in Tanzania to see black rhino as well as prides of lion that include the magnificent black-manned males. There are lots of colorful flamingoes and a variety of water birds. Other game that you can see includes leopard, cheetah, hyena, other members of the antelope family, and small mammals after return back for dinner and overnight.

Have morning breakfast, then drive to Tarangire National Park takes about three hours. This park is spectacular in the dry season when many of the migratory wildlife species come back to the permanent waters of the Tarangire River. Huge herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, elands and Oryx gather to stay in Tarangire until the onset of the rain when they migrate again to good grazing areas. In the late afternoon drive back to Springlands hotel for overnight.

You will have breakfast then check out from the hotel to be transferred to the air port for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon your arrival at the Zanzibar Ferry Terminal or Airport, our dedicated representatives will be there to warmly welcome you in Zanzibar. They will ensure a seamless transfer to your hotel on the North Coast Beach, a picturesque drive of approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Once you’ve checked in and refreshed, enjoy your time unwinding by the pool or strolling along the pristine beach before settling in for an overnight stay.

Continue to the natural turtle aquarium, where you can swim with majestic sea turtles in a serene environment. Later, unwind at Kendwa Beach, renowned for its turquoise waters and endless opportunities for snorkeling, jet skiing, paddle boarding, and other thrilling sea sports.
